領取方式 1. 于STAGE直营门市取得会员资格后，行李箱若无法现场领取，需另加收运费，运送仅限新加坡地区。 2. 于网络商店ESTORE取得会员资格者，会员卡随行李箱寄出，并另加收行李箱运费，行李箱不得至门市兑换，仅限新加坡地区。 3. 若因不可抗拒之因素无法提供行李箱，将改以其他等值商品提供予会员。 4. 相关详细办法请参考STAGE官网或至STAGE直营门市询问。

5. Q：请问会员于网络商店消费，可以享有哪些权益？ A：可享生日當天8折優惠、累積消費金額和VIP點數；現金折抵、兌換贈品，請至STAGE直營門市、百貨專櫃，謝謝。
6. Q：请问商品退回时，VIP点数可以保留吗？ A：商品退回时，应连同发票一并交付予现场服务人员，届时将扣除退回商品之点数。此外，结帐前请先出示会员卡，否则将视同自动放弃会员权益，谢谢。

Collection Method 1. Upon confirmation as a STAGE VIP MEMBER, member who is unable to redeem the luggage on the day itself due to any unforeseen circumstance, additional shipping fees apply. Delivery limited to Singapore only. 2. For ESTORE customers, upon confirmation as a STAGE VIP member. VIP CARD & LUGGAGE will be mailed out together. Additional shipping fees apply and delivery is limited in Singapore only. Redemption of STAGE LUGGAGE in STAGE Stores is strictly not allowed. 3. In the event of irresistible the factors and unforseen circumstances resulting us not able to provide luggagge for redemption. Goods worth the same value will be provided for VIP members. 4. For any enquiries regarding STAGE VIP MEMEBERSHIP, kindly refer to STAGE WEBSITE or visits our stores (STAGE@SCAPE & STAGE@FAREAST).
MEMBER PRIVILEGES 1. With every S$5 spend in a SINGLE receipt, members will be entitles to 1 VIP Point. 2. Benefits of VIP Points： A. Enjoy a cash rebate of S$5 for every 100 VIP points used. The cash rebate is valid for every 100 VIP points. B. Limited edition members exclusive gifts redemption programme（Further details to be provided on STAGE Website and stores) While stocks last. 3. Member can enjoy a 20% discount on STAGE or Manhattan Portage products on their birthday. Please present your VIP CARD & IC before payment. The privilege is intended for individual and/or personal use only and is strictly non-transferable. It is valid for one time purchase at STAGE store or estore only. 4. Members can get to enjoy exclusive birthday gifts and double up of VIP points for limited periods.
Q&A （for OFFICIAL SITE） 1. Q：What is regular priced items? A：Regular priced items are inclusive and not limited to promotional items and special deal packs.
2. Q：Is there any validity for the STAGE VIP CARD? A：STAGE VIP CARD is valid for a period of 12 months upon date of registration. During a period of 12 months, there will be auto renewal when STAGE VIP Members accumulates purchased amount of S$2,500. Thank you.
3. Q：May I know where can I use STAGE VIP？ A：You can use your STAGE VIP CARD at SINGAPORE STAGE ( *SCAPE & FAR EAST STORE) and STAGE ESTORE estore.ilovestage.com.sg
4. Q：I understand that members can enjoy 20% discount on all STAGE and Manhattan Portage regular priced items, can I make purchases in different stores? A：Sorry, 20% discount on all regular priced items in a single receipt on member’s birthday is intended for individual and/or personal use only and is strictly non-transferable. It is valid for one time purchase at STAGE store or estore only. Members must produce identification as and when required.
5. Q：Is there any VIP member benefits if I shop on ESTORE ？ A：20% discount on regular priced items, VIP point accumulation: for cash rebate, gift redemption at any of STAGE stores in Singapore.
6. Q：Can we keep the VIP points when items are refunded? A：When faulty items are returned , please present your receipt to the STAGE CREW. All VIP points in relation to that purchase will be deducted. Collection of VIP point is valid upon presentation of your card at the cashier before payment, failure to do so will deem forfeiting member privileges.
